Peanut Butter Banana Shake
Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk (or soy or lactose free).
Add 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (no trans fat!).
Add ½ of a ripe banana.
Add 1 scoop of LiveRite Vanilla shake mix.
Blend and enjoy!
